Planning your wedding is exciting, and we’re here to make your wedding film experience as smooth as possible. Below, you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions we receive about our packages, process, and what to expect. 1. How soon after the wedding will we receive our films?
We deliver your fully edited 4K films within 5 days of your wedding day, ready to be shared with family and friends. In the rare event that there’s a delay, we will notify you via email to keep you informed. While we don’t anticipate any delays, we will always keep you up to date on the status of your film.
2. What’s included in your wedding film packages?
We offer a range of packages that cover your ceremony, speeches, or both. Each package includes professional filming using cinema cameras, high-quality audio capture, full-length edits in stunning 4K, colour grading, and delivery within five days. You can also bundle packages for even better value and greater coverage of your day.
3. Do you offer highlight films or custom video options outside your listed packages?
To keep things affordable, we focus on full-length films of your ceremony and speeches. We don’t offer highlight films or custom edits beyond our listed packages, as each option is designed to capture the most important moments in a clear, simple and cost-effective way.
4. Why are your packages so affordable?
We manage to keep costs low by focusing on full event coverage and not offering time-intensive highlight films. This streamlined approach allows us to deliver high-quality, full-length films at unbeatable prices.
5. How are the films delivered?
All our films are delivered as digital downloads in stunning 4K resolution. This ensures that every detail of your wedding day is beautifully preserved.
6. What equipment do you use?
We film with multiple 4K cameras, including the Canon C70 Cinema Camera, Canon 1DXii, Sony A7Sii, and Panasonic GH4. All footage is colour corrected to match the Canon C70, ensuring a consistent and polished look across your entire film.
7. Can we get all the RAW footage?
At this time, we do not offer RAW footage due to its large size. However, since we capture your event in full, all important moments are included in your final, edited film. The footage is colour graded and compressed for delivery without losing any key parts of your big day.
8. How long will my wedding film be?
The length of your wedding film depends on the event you book. For example, the ceremony film will cover the full duration of the ceremony, while the speeches film will capture every speech in full.
9. Do you use music in the videos?
To keep costs down, we don’t include background music in our films. That way you can hear every word just as it was on the day.
10. Do you charge for travel?
Our prices include travel within the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane areas. For locations outside of these regions, please reach out to us, we’d love to provide a custom quote and help capture your special day.
11. Why are Brisbane prices higher than Sunshine Coast prices?
Since we are based on the Sunshine Coast, travel to Brisbane requires additional resources to transport our gear. This is reflected in the slightly higher prices for Brisbane weddings.
12. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, full payment is required at the time of booking due to the affordable rates of our packages.
13. How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially during peak wedding seasons.
14. Do you require a meal at the wedding?
If we’re filming the Ceremony + Speeches package, we’ll be there for most of the day, so a meal would be greatly appreciated. It helps us stay energized and focused on capturing every important moment of your big day.
15. How long have you been filming weddings?
We’ve been creating films since 2006, working with major global brands, and began capturing weddings in 2014.
16. Do you offer drone footage?
No, we do not offer drone footage as part of our wedding film packages.
